3532625 - Inability to View Journal Entry Postings of Confirmation Documents in Document Flow

Symptom

  • The journal entry postings of confirmation documents are not visible in the document flow.
  • The issue arises when navigating to the Document Flow tab after selecting the relevant Production order in the Task Control view of the Production Control work center.

Environment

  • SAP Business ByDesign
  • Production Order

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to the Production Control work center.
  2. Proceed to the Task Control view.
  3. Search and select the relevant Production order.
  4. Navigate to the Document Flow tab.

Cause

  • The system automatically hides the details of documents in the document flow when there are too many documents to be displayed.
  • This behavior is designed to ensure that system performance is not affected when there are too many documents to be displayed in the document flow.

Resolution

  1. Navigate to the Production Control work center.
  2. Proceed to the Task Control view.
  3. Search and select the relevant Production order.
  4. Navigate to the Document Flow tab.
  5. Choose the button Show Details.

You will be able to see icon to open journal entry of the confirmation documents in document flow
