• An error occurs when attempting to submit the actual income tax declaration.

Income Tax Declaration

1. Attempt to submit the actual income tax declaration.
2. Encounter the error message.

• The issue arises due to the presence of two attachment fields in the Income Tax Declaration object definition and Manage Configuration UI.
• One of these fields is standard delivered and the other is a custom field.
• In SuccessFactors, each record in employee central elements and MDF can only have one associated attachment. The presence of multiple attachments is not supported, leading to the error.

1. Identify the custom attachment field in the Income Tax Declaration object definition and Manage Configuration UI.
2. Delete the custom attachment field from both the Manage Configuration UI and the object definition.
