Symptom
- After activating On Premises licenses, Tricentis Tosca Commander 10.2 or 10.3 displays the following error message:
"Could not retrieve available licenses" - For this error to happen, the Tosca user has activated the "Activation ID" of the "Baseline Cloudrights" feature on his Tosca License Server, which is listed in the "License Overview" for cloud licenses and is solely for technical purposes. It doesn't matter if the "Activation ID" of the "Baseline Cloudrights" feature was used before or after entering the correct "Activation ID" of the provided "On Premise" license. In both cases, the error message will appear while Tosca Commander will work as expected.
Side note: The "Baseline Cloudrights" feature will be removed in an upcoming redesign of our Support Portal
