3532731 - Behavior of Wiki Pages links in SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone

• After moving the Wiki Pages into another folder, the link to the original location is broken.
• When clicking on a link at Work Zone, the following message appears: 'this item has been moved.'

SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone

1. Create Wiki2 and link Wiki1 on it.
2. After that, move Wiki1 from its original folder to another folder.
3. Try to access Wiki 1 from Wiki 2.
4. Error: 'this item has been moved.'

This is an expected behavior.

When a folder or document is moved, its location in the work zone is updated, which will also update the link to locate this file to match its new location.

Currently, when to link a page to another, the system saves its URL, not the folder itself.
Since this is a space edited by the customer, the page won't automatically update any information. This will need to be done from customer side.

Here's what you can do to correct this:

1. Unlink Wiki 1 at the Wiki 2 page.
2. Save it.
3. Link it again.
