3532753 - Inability to Assign Cost Center as Mandatory for G/L Accounts Type "Revenues or gains - REVGAN"

The system does not allow the assignment of the Cost Center as mandatory for the G/L Accounts type "Revenues or gains - REVGAN".

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Navigate to Business Configuration Work Center > Overview view.
2. Search for the "Mandatory Account Assignments" activity and open it.
3. Click Edit Mandatory Account Assignment for G/L Accounts.
4. Select the desired Chart of account 
5. Click Add Row.
6. Enter the desired G/L Account. Notice that the Cost Center is not available to be selected in the Account Assignment type field.

The system behavior is such that it does not allow the selection of the Cost Center as mandatory for G/L Accounts with type "Revenues or gains - REVGAN". This is because the postings for this type are done with sales reference.

The system behavior is as designed. Currently, it is not possible to select the Cost Center as mandatory for G/L Accounts with type "Revenues or gains - REVGAN" as the postings for this type are done with sales reference.
