3532800 - Multiple emails sent for recommended links task when multiple links are sent to the external user - Onboarding

Symptom

The Recommended Links task sends multiple emails for each link to the external user, but expectation is that only one email should be triggered for all the tasks.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Reproducing the Issue

    1. Onboarding is initiated
    2. Onboarding tasks are created (all at the same time)
    3. Hiring Manager fulfills task "Recommend links" task
      1. Choose all recommended links at the same time
      2. Then click on Submit
    4. Onboardee/External user gets a separate email for every single link that is shared

    Cause

    This is a known issue which is currently in progress by engineering team.

    Resolution

    The engineering team has enhancement opened currently in progress. Resolution not planned for 2505 as of now, yet to be announced.
