3532828 - Error message "Dependency of TABU XXX to extension item XXX YY1_XXX. Export the item first." displays when releasing a Transport Request in Export Customizing Transports app

Unable to release the transport request using the 'Export Customizing Transports' app. The following error is encountered: 

"Dependency of TABU XXX to extension item XXX YY1_XXX. Export the item first."

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

The dependent item YY1_XXX has not yet been exported.

To verify whether the item (YY1_XXX) has already been added to a software collection, follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to the Extensibility Inventory app.
2. Search for YY1_XXX.
3. Check the Change History, which displays the Software Collection version.
   • If the item is part of a software collection, export that collection.
   • If no software collection is shown, or if the software collection version is displayed as "0", add the item to a new software collection and export the newly created collection.

In order to resolve the dependency issue, export the dependent item (YY1_XXX)  

• If the item (YY1_XXX) is part of a software collection, export that collection.

1. 1. Copy the collection name using "Extensibility Inventory" app
   2. Navigate to the "Export Software Collection" app.
   3. Search for the collection (e.g., YY1_).
   4. Click on "Export"

• If the item (YY1_XXX) of software collection version is displayed as "0" in "Extensibility Inventory" app

1. 1. Go to "Export Software Collection" app.
   2. Click on "+" to create a new software collection.
   3. Click Add Items.
   4. Add the required item (e.g., YY1_XXX).
   5. Select Export > All Items to export the collection.

Once the key user extensibility item (YY1_XXX) is exported, return to the "Export Customizing Transport" and attempt to release the transport request again.

Note: The items which are dependent on each other must be included in the same Software Collection. 

Move or add all the dependent objects into the same software collection (To move all the dependent objects into the same Software Collection you can use the move items functionality)
