Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log in as the external candidate
  2. Perform the Provide Additional Data task
  3. Result:
    An application error occurred. Please try again later, or notify support if the issue keeps occurring.
    errorId=null, timestamp=null, errorMessage="__detailsPage[OBJECT]" is not a valid ID., errorName=Error

Cause

In Admin Center > Manage Configuration UI, the "ID" of the object contains spaces and special characters.

Resolution

Correct the ID or re-create the object in Admin Center > Manage Configuration UI, and ensure that the ID does not contain spaces or special characters.
