3532866 - Number and Percent Fields Saved Incorrectly on the Application when User Locale is German - Recruiting Management

This article describes the issue wherein number and percent field values are showing incorrectly in legacy and new workbench, with or without comma separators. Moreover, it is observed that this sometimes lead to an application error (errorMessage=Bad Request) on the new workbench.

The issue is only observed when the user settings are switched to German Language.
