3532886 - Error: "invalid column name: OWNER_NAME" When Creating HANA User in HANA Cockpit

When creating a HANA user for target HANA database using HANA Cockpit following Create a Database User | SAP Help Portal,  you are getting similar errors below:

Could not read data X509_PROVIDERS
SAP DBTech JDBC: [260] (at 55): invalid column name: OWNER_NAME: line 1 col 56 (at pos 55)

 
or

Could not read data JWT_PROVIDERS
SAP DBTech JDBC:[260] (at 99): invalid column name: OWNER_NAME: line 1 col 100 (at pos 99)
