3532927 - Authorization Error when copy in MDG-F GL Account Search screen accessed via Fiori App

Symptom

You have implement the MDG-F Central Governance Application in Fiori Launchpad. When you intend to copy a GL Account with option "CoA&Company Code Data(With Template)" in the relevant App, you will get 500 internal server error with the detail like "You do not have start authorization for R3TR WDCA MDGF_0G_OVP_FI_ACCOUNT_COPY, return code 4(Message E_S_PROFGEN_START_AUTH 000)".
