3532959 - Remove Overdue Completed Home Page Cards for Compensation

Users have Compensation Planning Review Task cards reminder in For You Today at Home Page even if the Compensation Planning is Completed.

1. Navigate to Home Page
2. In 'For You Today', Compensation Planning Cards are displaying.

Remove the Cards Via Provisioning job

Note: As a customer, you do not have access to Provisioning. Please engage a Certified Partner or SuccessFactors Product Support to implement the fix.

The below steps will run 'Migrate To-Do Entry' Provisioning job to sync and correct To-Do cards. 

1. Go to Provisioning for the affected instance.
2. Go to Scheduled Jobs
3. Create a new Job of type "Migrate To-Do Entries to Card Service"
   
   1. Choose any admin user as Job Owner.
   2. Select Action as "Remove from Card Service".
   3. Select processing source as "Refresh To-Do Category".
   4. Select To-Do Category as "Reward Results" for Compensation planning to-do tile. 
      
   5. Save and Run the job.
   6. Go to Monitor Jobs
   7. Check the job run status and wait for it to Complete.
