3532969 - 360 Home Page To-Do Card Locale Translation Not Reflected Immediately

The localized labels for the home page 360 For You Today cards are not reflected immediately after changing the environment language setting.

SAP SuccessFactors 360 Multi-Rater

1. Launch 360 Multi-Rater form.
2. Change the language setting of the user.
3. Check the content displayed on the To-Do card.
4. The locale translation is not reflected immediately.
5. Refresh the page or switch the language setting multiple times.
6. The localized labels are now displayed correctly on the To-Do card.

Currently, this is an expected behavior of 360 To-do card (Complete 360 Evaluation, Complete Your 360 Evaluation).

The home page card feature for 360 To-do card is event-based. The translation action of the To-Do card is triggered in the back-end after the user changes the language. The localized labels of the To-Do card are then synced into the To-Do table in database (taking at most a few minutes). Once the translation sync process is complete, the localized To-Do card is displayed when the user refreshes the browser.
