3533179 - HANA instance inaccessible from HANA Studio & HANA Cockpit although services are all online and in GREEN state

• The HANA Database instance cannot be reached via the official HANA monitoring interfaces such as HANA Studio & HANA Cockpit .
• The SAP HANA Studio log file shows that HANA Studio cannot reach any of the ip addresses nor resolve their hostnames upon connection attempt :
  
  

  Caused by: com.sap.db.jdbc.exceptions.JDBCDriverException: SAP DBTech JDBC: Cannot connect to jdbc:sap://Hostname;IP Address [None of the hosts could be reached. Unknown host Hostname/<unresolved>:SQL Port.  -709: (uninitialized) -> Hostname:SQL Port ConnectionID:0 SessionID:0; host = IP Address:SQL Port error = Cannot connect to host /IP Address:SQL Port. Connection timed out: connect: IP Address:SQL Port -813: (uninitialized) -> IP Address:SQL Port ConnectionID:0 SessionID:0].
