Getting communication error while connecting to HANA DB via ODBC connection string

State: 08S01 Native error: -10709 Message: [SAP AG][LIBODBCHDB32 DLL][HDBODBC32] Communication link failure;-10709 Connection failed (RTE:[1000013] The system cannot find the file specified.
