3533368 - While viewing the crystal report "The viewer could not process an event. There is no server available to process your request"

Symptom

  • The SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform is running, but users are unable to run any Crystal Reports from the Launchpad.
  • Each report returns the error: "The viewer could not process an event. There is no server available to process your request. Please try again later, or contact your system administrator if the problem persists. [RCIRAS0387]"
  • The ConnectionServer32 and CrystalReports2016ProcessingServer continuously stop when enabled.
  • Following thing is observed in process monitor logs:
