3533397 - Remove compliance card and to do entry of hired employees - Onboarding

• Compliance Forms card is appearing from the employee's Home Page
• An employee is receiving overdue notification emails despite tasks having been completed offline on paper.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Proxy as the affected employee.
2. In the homepage under the "For You Today" section, locate the "Your Compliance Forms" tile - "Complete Section 1 of Form I-9" is seen
3. In the homepage under "To-Do" items, locate "Complete and Sign Form I-9" is seen as well

This task has been completed offline and not from the SF, hence these tasks are left pending.

Note: This can only be done if this task has been completed offline and needs to cancel this task.

To remove To Do entry:

1. Set to "Cancelled" all the tasks from Manage Data > Compliance Process
2. Set to "Cancelled" all the tasks from Manage Data > Compliance Process Task

To remove Home Page Card:

1. The Check Tool can now be used to remove compliance tasks from the home page
