Symptom

This issue is observed in the following two scenarios, while the line breaks disappear in the text content of email body after scheduling the recurrence/publication:

  • Email destination body content lost format after BI upgraded from BI 4.2 to BI 4.3.
  • Recurrences/publications created in CMC lost format after scheduled in BI Launchpad.
