3533475 - Is that possible to “Transfer Direct Reports” to individual manager when terminate a manager via Import Employee Data?

Symptom

When terminate a manager via Import Employee Data< Termination Details, I want to set the subordinates transfer to individual manager, but not based on Position hierarchy.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

  • Termination

Resolution

Termination Import doesn't support "Transfer Direct Reports" feature, thus it will only transfer direct reports based on Position Hierarchy. 

If transfer direct reports to individual manager is needed, please terminate the manager via UI<Actions<Termiantion.
