Cause

In the configuration "Define Cost Component Structure"(SSCUI 102427), cost element &1 is not assigned under Cost Component Structure &2.

Resolution

Assign cost element &1 under Cost Component Structure &2 in "Define Cost Component Structure"(SSCUI 102427).
