Symptom
1.Upon clicking link from DocuSign, internal candidates receive "This link from your email is expired". When the candidate clicks on "send new link", the new link received will also expire immediately along with new notifications.
2.Your candidates reports that he/she receives countless DocuSign notifications.
Environment

DocuSign
Reproducing the Issue
Internal Candidates are unable to sign offer. Docusign link expired immediately even after clicking "send new link" the new link also expires quickly. Also, candidates receiving multiple emails.
Cause
There is on-going DocuSign product issue SCOREFDN-3359 (previously named EMT-3800), currently being investigated by DocuSign Engineering team.
Resolution
Our engineers found that they can mitigate this issue by disabling email expiry on the account in the account.
This setting will stop the sending of new links on expire automatically. This forces the singer interaction in the page to click a button to get a new link.
Overall the impact is minimal. The signer will be asked to click a button to get a new signing link.
Changing the setting will stop the e-mails from being sent out, but it will also prevent the link from expiring.
This is just a mitigation to get the e-mail's to stop while Engineering continues investigating the root cause and find a permanent solution.
If this is acceptable, please let me know and I will have DocuSign engineers make the change in account.
Please provide us your DocuSign account number and your approval to implement the temporary workaround.
