3533761 - Error 9 (bad file descriptor) for write/read access to a file

Symptom

 In the access to a file  executing operations from SAP system  there is an output error 9  (Bad file descriptor)  similar to these  :

- *** ERROR => abdset.c: writing file <path to to target file>
          errno 9 (Bad file descriptor) [abdset.c     4905]

- fflush:file:' <path to target file>'
IOTRACE: Fflush <path to target file> failed (ERROR 9: Bad file descriptor). 0 microsecs. (Module:D:/depot/bas/749_REL/src/cts/tp/tpbuff.c, Line:869)

Dumps  DATASET_WRITE_ERROR or  DATASET_CANT_OPEN related  to this error can also be observed.

The error can occur  after several successful access to the file.
