Symptom

To initiate the in-house repair process within a Customer Return, you create in-house repairs as a follow-up action to returns orders. The repair objects—whether equipment or products with or without serialization—are accurately updated in the respective return items. However, the in-house repair document itself does not reflect the repair object.
