Symptom

Inbound communication where iflow fails at Poll enrich step with an error "org.apache.camel.CamelExchangeException: Sequential processing failed for number 1. Exchange[ID-6d5fd246-0d60-478e-435c-334c-1729043305010-2-25]. Caused by: [org.apache.camel.CamelExchangeException - Error during poll. Exchange[ID-6d5fd246-0d60-478e-435c-334c-1729043305010-2-25]. Caused by: [org.apache.camel.component.file.GenericFileOperationFailedException - Cannot connect to sap-sftp://sftpuser@XX.XX.XX.XX:XX]], cause: com.jcraft.jsch.JSchException: Auth fail for methods 'publickey,keyboard-interactive'".

In SFTP server logs, following errors can be observed:

592 2024-10-17 11:15:04.826 userauth_pubkey: signature algorithm ssh-rsa not in PubkeyAcceptedAlgorithms [preauth]
7592 2024-10-17 11:15:04.857 error: Received disconnect from XX.XXX.XX.XXX port 21564:3: com.jcraft.jsch.JSchException: Auth fail for methods 'publickey,keyboard-interactive' [preauth]
