3534161 - ODP SLT context : Special character arrives at SAP Data Services by SLT replication

Symptom

  • An issue was observed with special characters in some tables in SAP Data Services.
  • After performing delta load or full load of those tables, the file created at the target end contained some special character issues.
  • The special character issue was that the character ''' was being changed to '#' after data was replicated via ODP.
