3534235 - Default values are not cleared from filters in App Run Outbound Process - Deliveries

• When deleting the default value for the field “Depart. Date/Time for Route” in the filter bar and saving it as a variant, the default value keeps coming up when refreshing the app.
• The user is prevented from excluding the field from the filter results.

1. Open the "Run Outbound Process-Deliveries" App.
2. Try to delete the default value for the field “Depart. Date/Time for Route” in the filter bar.
3. Save as a variant.
4. Default value appears after refreshing the app.

Coding issue.

The Development Team are currently working on a correction for this issue it is planned* to be delivered in the next release cycle.

The following workarounds are available:

• There is also an alternative app called "Manage Outbound Delivery Orders". The new app offers the same function scope as app "Run Outbound Process - Deliveries". 
  
  
• Define a default value for parameter "Warehouse" for the affected user by following these steps:
  1. After opening the app go to the user profile in the upper right corner.
  2. Click the Settings button.
  3. Select Default Values.
  4. Open section "Materials Management".
  5. Assign a value for field "Warehouse No.".
  6. Save.
  7. The relative dates should be populated again when starting the app.
