Despite having configured the settings for foreign currency payments, error "Account Determination is missing for house bank &" still occurs when making payments in foreign currency.

For example, if the currency on the payment item/journal entry selected by the customer is CNY, but the currency configured in the house bank is USD, such cases are not permitted for payment. This is a standard behavior by design.
