3534274 - Internal error occurred when trying to copy a bundle in Configuration Transport Center

When trying to copy a bundle from Bundle Management page, the error "An internal error occurred. Please contact Product Support to troubleshoot the issue. :Failed to execute and process SQL query" pops up.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. From Admin Center > navigate to Configuration Transport Center
2. Go to "Bundle Management" and select the options from an existing bundle
3. When you click on "copy", the error below pops up:
   • "An internal error occurred. Please contact Product Support to troubleshoot the issue. :Failed to execute and process SQL query"

This is a browser cache issue. 

As this is a browser-related, please try the steps below to solve:

• Use different browsers or incognito tab
• Clear cache and cookies
• Check if there is any pop up blocker in the browser
• execute MDF object definition to DB synch job
