3534321 - Issue while upgrading (error 13 - Permission denied) - SAP ASE for BS

Symptom

To upgrading Sybase database all the pre steps are successful but Upgrade failed during the Task=UPDATE_ASE. 

SCC_CFW log:

Flexeraak8: /sybase/<SID>/./COCKPIT-4/services/Messaging/provider/activemq/lib/activemq-all-5.15.10.jar (error 13 - Permission denied)

ASE_suite.log

com.sybase.ia.common.InstallMergeModuleStatus
                          Status: FATAL ERROR
                          Additional Notes: FATAL ERROR -     class com.sybase.ia.common.InstallMergeModuleStatus FatalInstallException: Cockpit: FAILED.  See log file /sybase/<SID>/log/scc_cfw.log for detail.
