3534348 - Issue related to Independent Defect in SAP S/4HANA (not public cloud)

Symptom

  • The indicator/switch for the 'Independent Defect' function is visible in QM customizing in SAP S/4HANA system - that is not public cloud. It is unexpected.
     

     
  • The defect created in transaction QE01 is not saved in the system.
