3534368 - Copy and Paste Feature of DVP Route Groups Not Working Showing Message "Account IDs are invalid. Click Add to add the valid IDs to the visit plan"

You are trying to paste accounts in Dynamic Visit Planning route groups and you are facing messages like "Account IDs are invalid. Click Add to add the valid IDs to the visit plan".

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the Dynamic Visit Planning work center.
2. Open the Route Groups view.
3. Click in the + icon.
4. Click in the Copy and Paste button.
5. Paste ABC (where ABC are the IDs of accounts you copied).
6. You see the message "Account IDs are invalid. Click Add to add the valid IDs to the visit plan".

Paste supports only space character as delimiter; if you use semi-colon ( ; ) it will not work.

This is the system standard behavior. Copy and Paste supports only account IDs separated by spaces. You may consider replacing your chars like ; for spaces before pasting information.
