3534373 - SuccessFactors Payroll - Employer Location not visible in Employee Payroll Profile

When accessing Employee Payroll Profile (EPP), the location of the employer is not visible in the header data.

• SAP SuccessFactors Payroll

1. In the Home Screen, click on Employee Payroll Profile.
2. Search by Employee Name/ID.
3. Click on the Employee to be displayed.
4. The "Location" field is displayed as:
   1. Location: -

The employer Location did not get replicated from SuccessFactors Employee Central. Location would have been created before the system connection is set up between SuccessFactors Employee Central and SuccessFactors Payroll hence location as an object is not replicated in the SuccessFactors Payroll system 

There are two steps to reach the expected behavior.

Firstly, it is necessary to replicate the Location Object itself to SuccessFactors Payroll. For this, go to:

1. In SuccessFactors Employee Central, go to Admin Center.
2. Under Tools search bar, search for: Manage Organization, Pay and Job Structures.
3. Search for Location.
4. Click on the Location affected.
5. Perform a dummy change in the description area. This will trigger the replication process of that Location. You can revert this change back.
6. Wait for a couple of minutes.

Next, it is necessary to perform the following:

1. In SuccessFactors Employee Central, search for the employee affected.
2. Perform a dummy change in the Job Information portlet.
