3534378 - Stuck User Sessions in SAP Mobile Platform server and Work Manager Application

Symptom

Issue with Agentry user sessions on the SMP server include occasional instances where user sessions become stuck and cannot be disconnected from the SMP Cockpit.
Despite attempts to disconnect a user, the session remains active and requires a server restart to resolve.
In some cases, users may also experience syncing issues and be unable to log in from mobile clients, receiving below errors:

  • "Already Logged In" 
  • "Already logging In"
