3534497 - Unable to add new sales document type - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Symptom

The "New Entry" button is greyed out in the configuration activity "Configure Sales Document Types (ID: 102495)".

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Cause

It is the current standard design that creating new sales document types is not supported in the configuration activity "Configure Sales Document Types (ID: 102495)".

Resolution

Raise a feature request through the Customer Influence Portal under the section SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, Sales. Or vote for the following improvement request.
