3534511 - Transport request does not appear in import queue when transporting from Work Zone

Symptom

You are attempting for example, trying to transport site from BTP Work Zone but the transport request does not appear in import queue even though you get this message:

Transport has started. To view progress, please check your SAP Cloud Transport Management System

When accessing the import queue, only this message is displayed:

No items available: Either create a new transport request or check the active table filters if you expected to see a queue item in the list
