3534633 - Intelligent Services Center(ISC) - 'Update of Job Application' event is not triggered for RMK career site - Recruiting Management

• This event can be successfully triggered when there is job application updated by recruiters. However, this event will not be triggered if the same is updated by external candidates.
• This symptom is only appearing when Mobile Apply (RMK career site wrapper) is enabled in Manage recruiting sites.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

When enabling Mobile Apply:

1. In the Intelligent Services Center, monitor the 'Update of Job Application' event trigger log.
2. Update a job application field as a recruiter.
3. Observe that the event is triggered.
4. Update the same job application field as an external candidate.
5. Observe that the event is not triggered.

This issue is caused by a missing implementation for the mobile apply candidate flow in the system.

This issue has been confirmed as a missing functionality by the engineering team. We already have an internal enhancement to improve the feature.
