3534698 - Cannot grant privilege to a user on ALTER VIEW statement -SAP IQ

Getting error below when grant ALTER on a view to a user,

GRANT ALTER on MyView TO user_A ;

Error :

Could not execute statement.
Table MyView not found
SQLCODE=-141, ODBC 3 State="42S02"
