Symptom

  • An issue is encountered while using OILDEB IDoc to update the Customer Classification for Pricing Procedure Determination (KNVV.KALKS).
  • In the KNVV table, the field is CHAR 2, but in the IDoc it is CHAR 1.
  • The IDoc processing fails when data with CHAR 2 is passed.
