3534867 - HEADER_APPFINDER_ACTION parameter is not taking effect

Symptom

  • The HEADER_APPFINDER_ACTION configuration parameter is set to "true" in /UI2/FLP_SYS_CONF transaction.
  • Despite setting the parameter, the expected behavior of moving the user actions icon to the shell bar is not observed.
  • The user actions icon remains in its original place, and does not move to the shell bar.
