3534935 - Offboarding Process Variant Not Available in Business Rule for Selection Onboarding

The Offboarding Process Variant is not available or missing in the existing "Select Process Variant" rule scenario.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Navigate to Admin Center > Configure Business Rules
2. Open the Process Variant rule under the "Select Process Variant" scenario
3. Take Action > Make Correction
4. Search for the Offboarding Process Variant
5. Result: Not available

By default, the "Select Process Variant" rule is created with Process Type = Onboarding. Therefore, the rule only reads the Process Variants that are configured with the Process Type = Onboarding.

You can refer to the Process Types of the Process Variants configured in Admin Center > Process Variant Manager.

To assign the Offboarding Process Variant, a separate rule must be created with Process Type = Offboarding.
