3534975 - Confirmed button can not be switched On/Off in app 'Plan Customer Projects'

Message 'Cannot update or delete. Actuals have been posted' is displayed when trying to switch the Confirmed button of a role in app 'Plan Customer Projects'.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open app 'Plan Customer Projects' and search for a project;
2. Navigate to the Work Packages tab, click on Edit and select a Work Package to open its details;
3. Change the Confirmed button for an already existing role, so it becomes confirmed;
4. Click on Save. The message 'Cannot update or delete. Actuals have been posted' will be displayed, preventing the user from changing such configuration.

This is the expected behavior. The 'Plan Customer Projects' app does not allow users to change information of an existing role (such as the 'Staffed Effort' or the 'Confirmed 'button) if actuals were already posted for it.

Once a role is created, a resource is staffed and the changes are saved, actuals will be posted. Therefore, it won't be possible to make changes in the role.

In order to confirm the resource staffing on the role, users can confirm the staffing before saving the changes.

The following steps can be used as an example:

1. Open app 'Plan Customer Projects' and search for a project;
2. Navigate to the Work Packages tab, click on edit and select a Work Package;
3. Select Add Team Role, fill the mandatory fields and click on Add;
4. Click on Add Resource and select the needed Resource;
5. Before clicking on Save, switch the Confirmed button to On;
6. Save the changes.
