3535004 - Missing Customer Description for some CIDs in Scope Selection of SAP Focused Run

Symptom

In the Scope Selection filters, there is an entry for Customer Name (Description) when checking the CIDs registered.

For example, when opening the Alert Management UI and clicking to show all the CIDs registered in the SAP Focused Run system, there are some entries that just shows the three characters of the CID in the description field an others shows the complete description.
