Symptom
When accessing a subaccount using a Corporate Identity Provider (IDP), one or both of these symptoms occur:
- Cloud Foundry tab is not visible in BTP Cockpit.
- Service Key details are not visible in BTP Cockpit -> Service Instances -> Service Key.
- This error appears at the top of the BTP Cockpit user interface - "Cloud not load Cloud Foundry organization. Some information on this page may be missing or inaccurate. Try refreshing the page."
- The Cloud Foundry Tab is missing from the cockpit user interface
