Symptom
- You are integrated via widget with a CTI (Computer Telephony Interface)
- After refreshing SAP Service Cloud V2, the CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) widget does not automatically open upon receiving a new inbound call.
- The user must manually click on the telephony icon to load the widget.
- Once loaded, the widget will automatically open for subsequent calls, appearing minimized.
