3535080 - Logon failed: No entity in with ID * in client * found.

Symptom

  • When trying to display the Pay Statement History a login prompt pops up (which should not appear) and after clicking on cancel, the following error appears: Logon failed.
  • Within the SAML Trace performed as described in KBA 2960670 the following error is present: Exception raised: CX_SAML20_CORE: No entity in with ID * in client * found.
