IAS is implemented and would like to know the flow of IAS for external onboardees
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding
Resolution
If the onboarding process assigned to candidates has New Hire Data Review step, onboarding new hire is provisioned after submission of NHDR step and he/she gets an activation email from Identity Authentication System (IAS)
Below is the flow:
Initiate Onboarding -> Review New Hire Data -> IAS account is created -> Onboardee receives IAS activation email -> Onboardee activates account -> Onboardee access BizX Home Page
