Symptom

Customer wants to use SAC tenant onboarding in Version 2

Environment

SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud Version 2

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Go to All Settings
  3. Go to Analytics
  4. Go to SSO Configuration for SAP Analytics Cloud
  5. Click SAC Tenant onboarding

 

Cause

If you are not onboarded yet, you can onboard yourself.

Resolution

For onboarding yourself please do the following

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Go to All Settings
  3. Go to Analytics
  4. Go to SSO Configuration for SAP Analytics Cloud
  5. Click SAC Tenant onboarding
  6. This will take some time and after successful boarding a green mark will appear there.
  7. After that you should please configure the integration with the following help document
