3535249 - Unexpected Shipping Point Determination in Subcontracting Cockpit

Symptom

  • The system is configured with Storage-Location-Specific Shipping Point Determination for one or more delivery types including the Subcontracting Delivery type 'LB'. Yet when an LB delivery is created from the 'Subcontracting Cockpit' App the shipping point is picked up from the plant.  

Environment

SAP S/4Hana Cloud - Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Set the configuration for LB in configuration node 'Define Rule for Determination of Shipping Point' (SSCUI 102385)
  2. Access the Subcontracting Cockpit (App-ID: F2948).
  3. Select a line and press the 'Create Delivery' button.
  4. Observe the determination results showing the unexpected Shipping Point.

Standard design 

Resolution

The 'Subcontracting Cockpit' only supports plant-based shipping point determination.  
This concerns both the ME2on webgui app and the 'Subcontracting Cockpit' Fiori App
