Symptom

The following message pops up when trying to login to Microsoft 365 Guest Account at SAP SE:

"Please review by [DATE] to confirm your continued need for access.
To continue having access to your Microsoft 365 Guest Account at SAP SE, please click the Review access button below and follow the steps to confirm your account (MFA required). If you deny or don’t respond in time your Guest account will be deactivated."
