Symptom

Post Copy Automation (PCA) export tasklist (e.g. SAP_BASIS_COPY_REFRESH_EXPORT) fails with error:

FM TR_REQUEST_CHOICE failed for adding objects to commandfile <transport request> sy-subrc= 4

executed in TR STC01 manually or by SAP Landscape Virtualization Management (LaMa) tool.

Execution of PCA refresh tasklist in all AS ABAP System based on SAP NetWeaver 7.0 and higher
